FIELD: construction heat engineering, applicable in water supply systems of buildings and structures provided with heating, cooling and similar heat-exchanging devices. SUBSTANCE: profiled tube for heat-exchanging devices is featured by the fact that its outer surface is made with trapeziform in longitudinal section ribs arranged in a helical line, and the inner surface - with hollows formed under the ribs. The ribs are arranged in length of the tube with a space from 7.0 to 12.0 of the rib height and have a height equal to 0.04-0.08 of the tube outside diameter. The ribs, at least on part of the tube length, have the shape of a trapezoid in its longitudinal section at an equality of the values of projections of its lateral sides on the larger base of the trapezoid, or at last on part of the tube length, have the shape of an unequal-sided trapezoid in its longitudinal section, the height of whose one of the lateral sides exceeds the height of the other.
