FIELD: navigation of flying vehicle, mainly performing flights under difficult weather conditions. SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes navigational satellites GPS and Glonass and on-board equipment of flying vehicle connected with these sensors. On- board equipment includes multi-channel satellite data receiver, TV camera, aircraft computer and display. This equipment ensures automatic calculation and correction of flying vehicle heading and facilitated visualization of flight information. System includes also ground lighting facilities, including several pairs of pulse beacons which work in visible, infra-red ultraviolet bands; they are provided with self-contained control system. According to one version, system includes units for synchronization of pulse beacons with lead-in lights forming single light traveling wave facilitating landing of aircraft. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and safety at all stages of flight. 4 cl, 5 dwg
