FIELD: air-traffic control systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed air-traffic control system includes on-board equipment, antenna and receiver-calculator of present coordinates of aircraft by signals received from navigational satellites developed by GPS/Glonass system and communication radio transmitter for transmission of information to ground air-traffic control center. Ground equipment of air-traffic control system includes antenna and present coordinate receiver, airfield radar station,, information conversion unit and computer. Pilotage navigational parameters of aircraft are calculated by coded signals of coordinates received from aircraft and from airfield radar station and contained in computer storage, thus forming image containing graphical outline of runway, lines of descent trajectory, board number, silhouette and present motion trajectory of aircraft, as well as graphical and service information at permissible deviation from heading and altitude of flight, located of far and near drives and dangerous objects, direction and velocity of wins, height of lower edge of clouds and preset time of arrival of aircraft.
EFFECT: enhanced information capacity; enhanced accuracy; low cost of equipment.
