FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering radiation treatment in one medical treatment room and carrying out surgical treatment in several auxiliary treatment rooms adjacent to the first one. The patients completely prepared to radiation treatment are transported into the radiation treatment room and a position suitable for applying radiation therapy is fixed together with the fixing facilities. Pendulum conveyor allows to deliver a patient set in a position advantageous for receiving radiation therapy and evacuating the preceding patient having received the treatment, without using meeting transportation paths. The device has radiation treatment room having heavy charged particles source device and closable door apertures, units for fixing patients traveling on rail paths from the auxiliary treatment rooms. Exit door apertures look towards the centers of rail path turnplatforms. EFFECT: improved medical personnel work organization; enabled preliminary treatment outside of the radiation treatment room. 6 cl, 2 dwg
