FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using horizontal narrow particle beam of ionizing radiation. A patient is exposed to the radiation. The patient is reliably fixed in special device by means of air-tight sacks filled with small-sized granules and retaining its surface shape for a long time in thin-walled rigid envelope. The patient body is rotated and moved across the beam in mutually perpendicular directions with arbitrary position of the patient body symmetry axis.
