SUBSTANCE: filter has portion including at least two layers of fine fibers spaced apart; each of at least two layers of fine fibers includes fibers having diameters of no more than 8 mcm; each of at least two layers which are spaced apart has fibers whose diameters do not exceed 5 mcm; first layer of at least two layers of fine fibers has first its own efficiency of entrapping monodispersed polystyrene latex spheres 0.78 mcm in size and second layer of at least two layers has its own efficiency of entrapping monodispersed polystyrene latex spheres 0.78 mcm in size; first efficiency differs from second one; interlayer made from coarse fibrous material is placed between two fine fiber layers; coarse fibrous material interlayer has fiber diameter of at least 10 mcm at thickness separating first and second fine fiber layers not exceeding 254 mcm.
