SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel strain of fungus Arthrobotrys longa Mecht as a producer of longolytin that presents the complex of thrombolytic and fibrinolytic enzymes with specific capacity to activate plasminogen. Invention proposes the external use of longolytin for treatment of thrombosis by its application on skin as a solution in glycerol in concentration 3-100 mg/ml. The strain accumulates up to 2-4 g of crude product from 1 l of cultural fluid.
