SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. A method for assessing the thrombolytic potential of a micromycete is proposed, which includes determining in a sample of its culture fluid the indicators of the degree of thrombolysis, the presence of fibrinolytic activity and plasminogen activator activity, the temperature optimum and the pH optimum, followed by the calculation of the coefficient of thrombolytic potential of TP according to the presented formula, followed by ranking the coefficient thrombolytic potential of TP for the studied micromycete: with TP < 8 - low thrombolytic potential of the studied micromycete; at 8 ≤ TP ≤ 12 - average thrombolytic potential of the studied micromycete; at TP> 12 - high thrombolytic potential of the studied micromycete.

EFFECT: invention provides an extension of the arsenal of methods for identifying promising producers of thrombolytic enzymes among the variety of existing strains of micromycetes.
