FIELD: applicable in various doors. SUBSTANCE: lock body in the form of a casing is provided with a front plate and has a locking bar with a hook moved between the closed and open positions by means of the lock key. The locking bar has a guide section rectilinearly moving inside the lock body and a separate hook attached for turning by the end of this section. The locking bar with the hook is engageable with the door plate of the lock in the door frame so that in the closed position the locking bar with the hook moves inside the hole in the door plate of the lock and the hook turns towards the inner surface of the door plate of the lock, closes the larger part of the hole in the door plate of the lock in the longitudinal direction of the door frame and prevents removal of the door from the hinges. The hook has a lug engageable with the inner surface in the door body or in the front plate slightly earlier than the locking bar with the hook takes the completely pulled out position so that the inner surface in the lock body or in the front plate causes a turn of the hook at movement of the locking bar with the hook to the closed position.
