FIELD: power engineering and petrochemical synthesis. SUBSTANCE: converter designed for use in furnaces of thermal power plants, turbojet engines, rocket engines operating on hydrocarbon fuels and in petrochemical synthesis plants is, essentially, easy-melting alloy structure composed of pure metals: 61.8 mass percent of tin and 38.2 mass percent of cadmium, their proportion being equal to extreme and mean ratio (1.618), that can form free electrons splitting radicals in the form of separate granules of any shape weighing 10-15 g off open hydrocarbon chain of oil product. Granules may be arbitrarily placed in any package and free space of package should be greater by 3 to 5 times than that occupied by all granules. EFFECT: enhanced rate and completeness of oxidation (combustion) of oil product, reduced toxicity of exit gases, enhanced output of petrochemical synthesis plants.
