FIELD: ceramics. SUBSTANCE: mix contains graphite, sintering additive, filler, and organic binder. Preparation procedure involves agitation in non-heated mixer of sintering additive powder, at least one chemical element from series including boron, aluminum, silicon, titanium, or its compound with oxygen and/or nitrogen in amount of 0.5 to 6.0% (everywhere of the weight of ceramic mix), and filler, in particular alumina or silica. Simultaneously, paraffin is loaded into heated mixer, heated to 90-160 C, after which polyethylene in amount 0.1 to 3.0% and at least one lithium, sodium, potassium, or calcium C17-C25-fatty acid salt in amount 0.1 to 3.0% are added. The components are thoroughly mixed and resulting mixture is added to that prepared in non-heated mixer. The total is thoroughly mixed and granulated. EFFECT: improved quality of filters. 3 cl, 6 tbl
