FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to purification of water, aggressive fluids, mechanical separation of solutions with the help of ceramic filter, and method of producing the latter. Proposed method comprises mixing ceramic material in heated mixer, adding organic additive therein, heating produced mix to temperature 165°C and forcing it into mould. Said mould comprises female die and appliance for producing channels in filter plate body that represents an insert with rectangular opening to receive filling rods that form channels. Produced plate blank is withdrawn, heated at the rate of 10-50°C/h, cured at annealing temperature and cooled together with furnace.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of filtration, simplified method and device, lower costs.
