Non-corroding metal wire of peripheral and central cords has resistance to deformation not exceeding 180 MPa; polymer peripheral cords are laid first over central cord non-corroding metal peripheral cords are wound on them. Reliable restraint and rigidity of core make it possible to practically double diameter of packing cylinder when fibers of up to 10^-3 m in diameter are used.
