FIELD: civil engineering, applicable for manufacture, conveyance and placement of polystyrene concrete mix. SUBSTANCE: the mobile complex has a unit for preparation of polystyrene aggregate, having an apparatus with an agitating device for foaming of starting granules, steam generator, service and receiving hoppers, loading- unloading device, system of service lines and test and measuring instruments, installation for preparation of polystyrene concrete mix, system for conveyance and placement of freshly prepared of polystyrene concrete mix. It is provided with a laboratory and a unit for preparation and dosage of chemical additives and detoxicants. The unit for preparation of polystyrene aggregate is provided with an agitating device for an additional heat treatment of foamed granules, air heater, air compressor, hopper for weathering of polystyrene granules and a unit of multi- stage protection of the environment.
