FIELD: civil engineering, applicable for production of bitumen-ruberoid pulp from preliminarily dismantled, ground layers of the old bitumen-ruberoid covering and suitable for construction of roof. SUBSTANCE: the plant has an injector for feeding the starting components and a mixing chamber installed with an inclination for rotation. The chamber accommodates an agitator in the form of a shaft with annular members installed on it. Each annular member consists of two rings, hub, pair of wide blades and two pairs of narrow blades rigidly coupled to the hub and rings. The blades are turned relative to the axis through an angle providing for optimum conditions of movement of bitumen-ruberoid pulp on the planes of the blades. Each annular member is turned along the shaft axis, relative to the previous of one to the side providing for movement of bitumen-ruberoid pulp in the direction opposite the direction of unloading through angle α = 360°/n, where n - the quantity of the annular members. A screw conveyer is rigidly secured to the outer surface of the rings. EFFECT: enhanced quality of material agitation, produced a more homogeneous pulp. 2 cl, 7 dwg
