FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing bitumen-containing roofing materials, in particular to roofing coatings, and provides method comprising preparation of bitumen melt, addition of mineral fillers thereto, preparation of cardboard pulp from textile waste, paper garbage, and wood raw materials, disintegration and drying of cardboard pulp, impregnation with liquid bitumen, cooling of impregnated pulp, formation of material for roofing coatings, and deposition of protective layer of mineral grit onto the surface thereof. After cooling of thus obtained mass to temperature, at which it acquires plastic properties, bitumen-impregnated, disintegrated and dried cardboard pulp is molded into material in the form of granules, onto whose surface protective layer of mineral grit is deposited under vibration.
EFFECT: accelerated and reduced in price production of material with improved quality and prolonged lifetime.
