FIELD: organohalogenic polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the granulated powder made of polytetrafluoroethylene containing a filling agent and to method of its producing. Granulated powder is obtained by granulation of a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene powder or polytetrafluoroethylene modified with 0.001-1.0 mol. % of monomer copolymerized with tetrafluoroethylene, for example, perfluorovinyl ether and a filling agent in water in the presence of organic liquid that forms the liquid interphase interface with water and nonionogenic surface-active substance taken in the amount 0.01-0.5% of a mixture mass. Granulated powder exhibits high apparent density, small median size of particles with narrow distribution of particles by size and excellent fluidity of powder.
