FIELD: glues. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing universal water-dispersion glue of polyfunctional purpose by synthesis of methacrylic acid and methacrylamide by emulsion polymerization procedure. Method is realized by mixing latex of carboxyl-containing butadiene-styrene-acrylate copolymer and thickening agent and characterized in that the use of latex-grafted copolymer as a carboxyl-containing latex comprising copolymer of butadiene with styrene in the main chain in ratio = (15-25):(75-85), respectively; ratio of monomers in copolymer of butadiene, methacrylic acid and methacrylamide to be grafted = (85- 90):(2.5-7.5):(5-10), respectively; ratio between the main polymer and copolymer to be grafted = (25-35):(65-75) in the presence of regulator of molecular mass taken in the amount 0.2-0.5 mas. p. followed by concentration of latex to value of dry residue 45-50% and arbitrary viscosity value by funnel VZ-4 20-45 s. Invention provides the development of universal, nontoxic and fire hazard glue. EFFECT: improved method of production, valuable properties. 1 tbl
