POLYFUNCTIONAL POLYMER ADHESIVE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC C08F236/04 C08F220/06 C08F220/18 C08F279/02 C08F265/00 C09J109/10 C09J189/00 C09J133/00

Abstract RU 2700769 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a non-toxic polymer adhesive of polyfunctional purpose. Composition for producing a polyester-based polymer adhesive includes: casein, acrylic monomers, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, water, wherein the composition for producing the polyfunctional polyester adhesive is obtained from 95 wt. % of polymer latex based on casein-diene-acrylic copolymer with solid phase content of 25–35 % and 5 wt. % colloid solution of silver nanoparticles, wherein latex is obtained based on reaction mixture of composition, wt. %: diene (butadiene-1,3 or 2-methylbutadiene-1,3) 5.7–19; acrylic monomers (methacrylic acid, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, butylacrylate) 0.7–13.2; casein 1.4–10; distilled water 69.6–84; potassium (or ammonium) hydroxide 0.11–0.2; tert-butyl hydroperoxide 0.06–0.12; isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide 0.09–0.2; tertiary dodecyl mercaptan 0.04–0.06; disodium salt of ethylenediaminotetraacetic acid 0.02–0.03; trisodium phosphate 0.03–0.04; iron sulphate (II) 0.009–0.012; potassium chloride 0.07–0.1; formaldehyde sulfoxylate 0.04–0.06.

EFFECT: technical result is polyfunctional glue is aggregatively stable for a long period of time (more than 24 months), tests of glued joints in compliance with GOST 28966.1-91 and GOST 14759-69 have shown high strength of glued joint at gluing porous materials (paper, cardboard, natural and artificial leather, natural and synthetic fibers, wood) of materials; studies carried out on laboratory animals according to MU 2163-80 and MU 2102-79 (rats, mice) confirmed that the acute acuity toxicity adhesive relates to 4th class of low-hazardous substances (GOST 12.1.007-76), the irritating action on the skin does not have.
