FIELD: food and medical industries. SUBSTANCE: fermenter includes vessel with lid fitted with circulation tube with funnel, pump and branch pipes intended for flow of air and working fluid. Bumper plates are installed in funnel. Fermenter also has by-pass circuit for circulation of working fluid. Guiding plates to form directional flow of working fluid are anchored radially on bottom of vessel over its perimeter. Aerator is located under lid of vessel. By-pass circuit includes gas-liquid separator coupled by pipe-line to tube of specified level of working fluid installed in vessel and membrane meter connected by pipe-lines to gas-liquid separator and vessel. Aerator comes in the form of ring collector with holes arranged radially. EFFECT: increased productivity and reduced cost of produced biological products. 1 cl, 1 dwg
