SUBSTANCE: the bullet has an envelope with steel and lead slugs placed in it, they have cylindrical sections, the diameters of the cylindrical sections of the steel and lead slugs are the same, 0.82-0.86 and 0.9-0.95 of the bullet calibers respectively, the distance between the bullet rear end face and the lead slug equals 0.1 to 0.3 of the bullet caliber, and the bullet length makes up 4.3 to 5.3 of the bullet caliber.
