FIELD: oil producing and refining industries. SUBSTANCE: device has a body with inlet and outlet pipes of water-oil emulsion, magnetic system and electrodes. Magnetic system is made in the form of rod from alloy of metals one of which is paramagnetic, while the other, diamagnetic. Both ends of rod are made in the form of cylinders located in sockets. Each socket is embraced with solenoid winding supplied by a source of single-phase alternating current of commercial frequency. Rod is embraced with solenoid winding supplied by a source of high-frequency alternating current. Both sockets are intercommunicated by a cavity. One socket is connected with inlet pipe, and the second socket, with outlet pipe. Electrodes are coaxially installed in outlet pipe and made of different metals. EFFECT: higher quality of treatment of water-oil emulsion and operating reliability of device. 1 dwg
