FIELD: crude oil treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for application at petroleum-processing entertainments to process high-watered trapped persistent water-oil emulsions containing elevated amount of suspended solids. Process consists in dehydration and desalting on multistep multipurpose thermochemical and electrodesalting plant by introducing nonionic demulsifier (30-40%) mixed with moistening reagent (10-20%) and solvent (the balance) while supplying water, heating and stirring, said nonionic demulsifier being oxyethylated alkylphenol-formaldehyde resin and said moistening reagent being alkylsuccinic acid octaglycerides HOOC-CH(CnH2n)CH2COOH (n=8-12), while, as solvent, mixture of alcohol with petroleum solvent is used. Summary intake of added components ranges from 100 to 1000 g/t.
EFFECT: enhanced removal of water and suspended solids.
