FIELD: expelling objects from submarine in submerged position. SUBSTANCE: object is placed in tube and locked; then tube together with object is moved to incoming flow, lock is released and object is expelled. For realization of this method, use is made of launcher including tube with aft and fore parts, rear door of aft part of tube with drive for opening and closing it and forward door. Launcher is provided with incoming flow passage with aft board and drive for opening and closing them and diffuser of passage with force board and drive for opening and closing it; they are located in extremity of aft horizontal stabilizer of submarine. Fore part of tube is provided with guide rod introduced in its guide slot and is mounted in carriage for longitudinal motion inside it.
