FIELD: submarine armament; destruction of torpedo after launching from launching container of wide-band torpedo-mine.

SUBSTANCE: destruction of torpedo is performed with the aid of device provided with rocket projectiles by successively setting-up the belt of fire in way of motion of torpedo from explosion field of rocket projectiles around predetermined point of impact in solid angle whose vertex is directed to submarine which is bounded by conical or truncated conical surface at axis of symmetry coinciding with direction to noise source. Center of axis of symmetry coincides with rated point of impact of device and torpedo. Device proposed for realization of this method is located in torpedo tube; device is fully ready for action. This device has body with sustainer and electric primer inside it, power supply sources, onboard control instruments electrically connected with electric primer of sustainer, warhead made in form of disks with central holes fitted on shaft mounted along longitudinal axis of device; each disk is free to rotate around shaft. Each disk is provided with two launching sleeves with one rocket projectile in each sleeve. Projectiles are located in parallel and opposite relative to each other and perpendicularly relative to longitudinal axis of device. Each rocket projectile is provided with jet engine with electric igniter electrically connected with onboard control units and explosive with electrical fuse which is electrically connected with onboard control units and combat information control system of submarine. Angles of launching the rocket projectiles may be changed as required due to rotation of disks around shaft; angle of launching the rocket projectiles are set by combat information control system of submarine depending of selected shape of space of destruction bounded by conical or truncated conical surface.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of submarine protection.
