FIELD: agriculture, plant protection. SUBSTANCE: the fungicidal preparation for plant protection is described containing, weight%: highly dispersed copper oxychloride 20-30, ammonium or ammonium-calcium nitrate 10-40, dextrin 1-2, wetting agent 5-7, water - the rest. It is, also, described the method to obtain this preparation due to the treatment at mixing the mixture of nitrate and copper chloride (II) at molar ratio of copper and chlorine ions being 2:1, aqueous ammonia with subsequent mixing with dextrin and wetting agent or due to treating a chlorinecopper-containing substance by the mixture of wastes of copper-alkaline or copper ammonia etching of the plates of printed assembling together with copper nitrate (II) and withdrawal ammonia at the ratio of copper and chlorine ions being 2:1 and then the product obtained should be mixed with dextrin and wetting agent. EFFECT: increased fungicidal activity of the preparation in question and its lower expenses along with higher resistance to cold. 13 cl, 12 ex
