SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to disinfection and can be used for disinfecting and preserving drinking water, disinfecting surfaces and disinfecting air. Disclosed is a disinfectant aqueous solution containing coordination centers in form of silver ions and copper ions obtained by electrolysis using silver and copper anodes or anode from silver and copper alloy in any ratio of weights, chlorine ions, ligands in the form of ammonia, or ammonia water, or ammonium persulphate, or sodium thiosulphate, or citric acid, or acetic acid, or orthophosphoric acid, or nitric acid, synergistic substance in form of hydrogen peroxide, or medical ethyl alcohol, or medical iodine, or alcohol solution of iodine, or preparation BINGSTI, fullerene C60 or C70 in form of an aqueous solution and water at certain ratio of components (vol%). Group of inventions also relates to a version of said disinfectant and a method of preparing a disinfectant solution.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain a disinfectant aqueous solution based on tap water, having prolonged bactericidal and virucidal action on all sanitary indicative microorganisms, while reducing economic costs for production thereof.
