FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two identical perforated hemispheres with needles built in into the holes produced as a whole with central insert. Hemispheres in the center with springs inside from two sides are connected with the insert by means of rivets or adjusting screws placed in the insert holes with an adjustable gap of 1-10 mm formed to allow needles to exit from the spheres when pressing the ball equal by 0.5-5 mm. The ball is easy to operate. It is usable both as expander and point massage device. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved blood circulation in arms and in the organism as a whole. 2 dwg
