FIELD: medical engineering, particularly, devices for epidermis puncture for taking blood for analysis. SUBSTANCE: device has a disposable nose whose length is equal to or less than total length of needle holder and needle protruding from device body. Technical result consists in that after puncture of finger skin by needle, the nose is automatically disposed to make operation of epidermis puncture absolutely sterile as repeated use of the nose is excluded. Besides, process of device introduction is limited by needle itself (working member) that also excludes unintentional repetition of puncture. EFFECT: improved design. 1 cl, 3 dwg
