FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device relates to medical equipment particularly to physiotherapeutic devices, intended for: conduction of hands exercise, aimed at their motility improvement, lowering of pain sensations; massage; electro- and magneto therapy of palms, fingers palmar surfaces, and subcutaneous tissues, including biologically active points (BAP), resulting in processes normalisation both in hands, and in stimulated BAP associated systems. The invention includes four versions of device for hand self-massage; each of them has two balls 30 to 40 mm in diameter. In first and second versions, the balls are hollow and made of non-magnetic material. Surfaces of the balls include various metals with different electrode potential values. In the inner space of each ball there are 1 to 3 magnetised steel small balls with diameter 0.1 to 0.2 of the big ball diameter. In second version, each ball contains: 1 to 3 magnetised steel small balls with diameter 0.1 to 0.2 of the big ball diameter, and barrel-shaped conductive element; on the outer belt surface of the latter, dielectric ring is put on, and two segments of various metals with different electrode potential values are put on both ends of the element, and galvanically connected together. In third device version, each ball contains: dielectric globular solid, with spherical boss and coaxial to it cylindrical through hole; two spherical segments, made of various metal sheets of thickness equal to the boss height, with different electrode potential values, which are glued to dielectric globular solid surfaces, divided by the spherical boss; and shorting bridge of the spherical segments, made as steel longitudinal-magnetised cylindrical compression spring and placed into cylindrical hole mentioned. In fourth device version, each ball contains: two screw joint coupled dielectric solids, together forming dielectric globular solid, with spherical boss and coaxial to it united cylindrical through hole; two spherical segments, made of metal sheets of thickness equal to the boss height, which are glued to dielectric globular solid surfaces, divided by the spherical boss; steel longitudinal-magnetised cylindrical compression spring, placed into the cylindrical hole and contacting by one end with inner surface of the first spherical segment, playing role of cathode; steel longitudinal-magnetised cylindrical rod, placed into the cylindrical hole, freely moving along and contacting with inner surface of the second spherical segment, playing role of anode; and autonomous power source, placed into the cylindrical hole between the spring and the rod, its negative contact being in touch with second end of the spring, and its positive contact being in touch with second end of the rod.
EFFECT: increase in therapeutic efficiency of self-massage of hands.
