SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminary reduction of moving steel sheet in skin pass rolling stand with rolls having predetermined surface roughness; subsequent etching; setting reduction value in such a way that it increases according to square law from sheet center towards its edges at difference between minimum and maximum reduction values in range 8-12%; setting surface roughness parameters of rolls Rz and S in such a way that they are increased according to square law from mean portion of barrel to its edge and setting minimum and maximum values of Rz 15 micrometers and 20 micrometers respectively, S - 30 micrometers and 45 micrometers respectively.
