FIELD: oil production and processing. SUBSTANCE: deposits are mixed with crude oil in presence of complex additive at weight ratio (0.05- 0.4): (0.6-0.95): (0.01-0.3), respectively, at continuous recirculation of heated mixture until deposits are completely dissolved in oil while simultaneously separating suspended impurities and water. Resulting is then added to crude oil or commercial petroleum. Above-mentioned complex additive is formulated with mixture of lower and higher alcohols or products containing thereof, hydrophilizing demulsifier, pH regulator, and aromatic solvent. Oil and complex additive can be mixed with preheated deposits. Heating can be effected both continuously and periodically. Deposit treatment plant is also described. EFFECT: facilitated deposit utilization operation. 10 cl, 1 tbl, 3 dwg
