FIELD: means of treatment of petroleum products, in particular, plants providing for improvement of quality of source petroleum products. SUBSTANCE: the mixing plant comprises a vessel for mixing, the first pump whose inlet communicates with the hydraulic line connecting to the raw material reservoir. Its outlet communicates through the hydraulic line with nozzles located in the vessel which accommodates also inlet pipes communicating with the input of the first pump through the respective hydraulic lines. The plant has another pump and vessel for nozzles which, through the respective hydraulic lines having controlled stop valves, communicates with the inlets of the first and second pumps. The spraying nozzles are positioned in the vessel in the form of two groups, each consisting of the upper and lower spraying nozzles; each group is connected to the outlet of the respective pump. This provides for multiple circulation of petroleum with additive from the nozzles to the inlet pipes and pumps. EFFECT: reduced power intensity of process and intensified process of mixing at a high quality. 3 cl, 3 dwg
