FIELD: unconventional-origin fuels. SUBSTANCE: fuel composition contains 40 to 65 wt % fine solid fuel, 1 to 20 wt % stabilizer, the rest being a water-containing liquid medium selected from the following group: activated sludge and/or sediment obtained in the process of biological treatment of waste waters, sapropel, poultry dung, porcine or bovine manure, sanitation cesspool product, and hydrolysis lignin. Fine solid fuel is, in particular, coal or coke fines, carbon black, graphite, charcoal fines, small production wastes, carbon electrodes, or their mixtures. Water containing liquid medium contains water and sediment, and/or activated sludge compacted in primary settlers of waste water treatment plants (moisture 95-99%), or effluents of cattle-breeding farms, or effluents of food industry enterprises. EFFECT: considerably reduced fuel cost price. 5 cl
