FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: wear-resistant alloy contains the following ratio of components, wt.%: carbon, 4.5-5.5; chromium, 19.0-24.0; molybdenum, 5.5-7.0; niobium, 6.0-8.0; tungsten, 1.0-2.0; vanadium, 0.5-1.0; iron, the balance. The alloy contains additionally fluxing additive in the form of silicon and/or boron in the following ratio, wt.%: silicon, 1.0-4.0; boron, 0.01-0.8. EFFECT: higher efficiency of alloy due to its high hardness and wear resistance at high temperatures, technological effectiveness of application, and reduced cost price. 3 cl, 2 tbl
