Abstract RU 2183792 C1

FIELD: generation of steam; heaters of mobile steam generator units working on liquid fuel for oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed heater includes two coils, flat ceiling coil and burner unit arranged coaxially inside casing. Specific feature of construction consists in that inner ferrule of casing is provided with spiral fins in form of near-wall spiral coil; inner coil is made from tubes of larger diameter as compared with outer one. Outer coil is taper in shape for forming passage for waste gases together with inner wall of casing; waste gas passage has varying cross section which reduces in way of motion of waste gases. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of heater; reduced temperature of waste gases to ecological standard, thus enhancing operational efficiency of heater and steam generator plant as a whole. 4 cl, 4 dwg
