FIELD: radio engineering, transmission of discrete messages. SUBSTANCE: invention can be employed to raise efficiency of use of carrying capacity of radio communication lines and networks, specifically, communication lines and systems of automatic dependent observation when data transmission complex is used in them. Technical result of invention consists in increase of utilization factor of carrying capacity of radio channel with irregular traffic as well as provision for zero dependence of average time of delivery of data packages with change in number of subscribers of radio network in wide limits. Technical result is achieved by transmission of data packages over radio channel in correspondence with protocol ALOHA in synchronous and asynchronous variants and intensity of formation of data packages and/or power of transmission of data packages are chosen depending on navigation data.
