SUBSTANCE: method involves medium adjustment followed by its introduction in reaction zone wherein flow formed in medium is acted upon by external factors and fusion reaction is excited in medium flow. Medium is continuously transformed, while it is admitted to reaction zone, to state of electric charge excess and conditions are organized for initiating process of relaxation to internal equilibrium conditions considering presence of excess charge in medium composition within reaction zone.
