DEVICE USED IN ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT AND PROCESS OF ITS MANUFACTURE Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has bearing plate, one substrate for electrical and/or electronic circuit elements as minimum, plug of jack plug with several contact pins embodied in insulation material which first ends are meant for connection of external connector and which second ends are electrically linked with flexible metal conductors to substrate. It is suggested that individual contact pins should come in the form of stamped out parts, each second end of them should have butt oriented roughly in parallel to substrate and won in process of sheet stamping and flexible metal conductors should be linked directly to butts of contact pins produced by stamping by process of microwelding. Process of manufacture of proposed device is described in formula of invention. EFFECT: diminished dimensions of area occupied by contact pins, dense arrangement of pins. 7 cl, 3 dwg
