FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics and is intended for treatment of fractures of tubular bones in case of marked osteoporosis. In carrying out on-bone osteosynthesis, screws are introduced only in part of holes of plate located closer to fracture, with proximal and distal holes of plate or blocking rod remaining free. Bone cement is locally introduced through proximal and distal holes at the first stage, with further introduction of blocking screws at the second stage.
EFFECT: method ensures recovery of extremity function, consolidation of fracture area, maximally rigid fixation of bone fragments by creation of required strength of osteoporotic bone, suitable for holding introduced fixers in osteosynthesis of fragments, which prevents cutting of bone tissue in places where screws go out, minimal introduction of bone cement intramedullarly into the zone of location of blocking screws, increase of contact of screws with bone, reduction of trauma and treatment terms.
