FIELD: pharmacology and perfumery. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has working vessel embraced with adjustable heating device and arranged in hermetically sealed detachable chamber communicated with ecologically clean vacuum pumping out device. Actuating part of working tool, i.e., manipulating mixer of conoid construction is positioned inside working vessel. Manipulating mixer is made in the form of hollow roll, which in conjunction with flexible hose hermetically attached to roll upper end serves both charging and discharge vacuum-type lock. Nozzle is fixed on lower end of hollow roll for increasing mixing effectiveness. Upper end of hollow roll is kinematically connected to outer drive for providing conoid rotation and rectilinear-reciprocal movement of hollow roll relative to working vessel axis. Apparatus is used for preparing sterile medicinal and cosmetic pastes by cooking in rarified gaseous medium having adjustable content of components.
