FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to testing of condition of equipment of oil wells. Facility can be used for current operational test of mechanical and electrical equipment of pumping installations. Technical result lies in possibility of trouble shooting of equipment of oil well not fitted with special testing devices without connection of special transducers to electric equipment of well and correspondingly without any shut-down of electric equipment of well. Said technical result is achieved by incorporation of analog-to-digital converter, storage, indicator of present data, personal computer with electric connector, control unit with key of initiation of measurements and current pickup in the form of clip-on instrument in structure of facility.
