SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises flow rate, pressure and temperature transducer 4 fitted on pipeline, secondary transducer 2 and registration unit 3. Secondary transducer can memorise data on flowing fluid volume, pressure and temperature, and transmit said data by telemetry. Registration unit can memorise data on fluid flow rate, pressure and temperature and allows connection to PC and display said data on its monitor. In one version, flow mater-counter comprises adapter 3 to be used in the field conditions. Secondary transducer may be arranged on flow rate, pressure and temperature transducer case.
