FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: locking apparatus has connectable casing with openings, balls loosely located in openings, stem equipped with two stroke restricting stops and arranged in casing for axial displacement therein, and movable sleeve with inlet cone. Locking apparatus is further provided with stationary casing connected to said casing through balls and movable sleeve located inside stationary casing. Conical stop positioned inside stationary casing is engaged with balls. Stem axially slides into and/or back from stationary casing in any position of locking apparatus. As a result, two casings may be joined one with another without preliminary connection of locking apparatus mounted on one of casings to other casing. EFFECT: simplified construction and provision for reliable connection of two parts. 4 dwg
