WORKING TOOL FOR SLITTER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine, detachable members and removable chisels. Tine is formed by joint connection of left-hand side, inserts and right-hand side. Sides and inserts are mutually connected to form nondetachable unit. Inserts are positioned between sides so as to define slots. Detachable members are disposed for displacement and fixing on front part in tine slots. Tine is equipped with two chisels having longitudinal slots on their upper face and mounted on tine lower section. Each side is made in the form of integral part having H-shaped front section. Left-hand and right-hand sides are configured in similar manner. Right-hand vertical upper detachable member, horizontal detachable member and left-hand lower vertical detachable member are sequentially arranged from the top to the bottom in slots on front part of sides. Vertical upper detachable member and right-hand vertical lower detachable member are arranged in succession in vertical slots of rearwardly offset sides from the top to the bottom, right-hand detachable member is off set from left-hand member by value equal to width of horizontal detachable member. Working tool may be used for erosion preventive soil tillage. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 dwg
