FIELD: production of high-quality cement. SUBSTANCE: proposed technological complex includes cryogenic cyclic-action drum mill in form of revolving heat-insulated milling cryostat provided with detachable cover and branch pipes for filling and evaporation of nitrogen. Complex is provided with unit obtaining liquid nitrogen from atmospheric air which consists of Stirling cryogenic machine, rectifying column, heat exchanger for freezing-out moisture and carbon dioxide of atmospheric air, atmospheric air supply line, line for draining liquid nitrogen from unit to Dewar flask, line for supply of liquid nitrogen to milling cryostat and line for supply of gaseous nitrogen from milling chamber of cryostat to electric motor; line supplying atmospheric air to unit is provided with intake device and mechanical filter. EFFECT: low cost and enhanced operational reliability.
