FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a cryogenic drum mill of cyclic action in the form of a rotary heat insulated milling cryostat (7), a cryogenic Stirling machine (1) with a condenser (2), a line of cryogenic liquid supply from a reservoir (3) for storage of cryogenic liquid into a milling cryostat, a line of cryogenic liquid evaporation and a line of atmospheric air supply (12) with a cooler (11) and a freeze-out device for moisture and carbonic acid gas (18). A heat insulated receiver (19) is located on the line of evaporation of cryogenic liquid. A line of cryogenic liquid evaporation stretches via the cooler. Via a freeze-out device a line of drainage (4) of cryogenic liquid stretches from the condenser of the cryogenic machine into the reservoir. The high pressure pump (6) of the liquid air supply line (5) is located in the reservoir. The cryostat is located between two longitudinal rollers. One of the rollers (8) is connected to the electric motor (9) and is driven. The cryostat is made with a detachable cover (15) and nozzles (13, 14) to pour and evaporate the cryogenic liquid with stop valves (16, 17). Liquid air is used as cryogenic liquid for cryomilling.
EFFECT: increased reliability and duration of plant operation.
