FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of modified bitumens and can be used in production of binding agents, mastics, hermetics, roofing materials and also in road building and industrial construction, in manufacture of building materials, and for waterproofing of pipelines. Polymer component is prepared by dissolving first portion of rubber (5-50% of its total amount) in kerosenemazut mixture observing weight ratio (1-7.5):(2-15):(77.5-97), respectively, and maintaining air blowing at temperature rising from 70-120 C to 180-220 C.
