SUBSTANCE: invention relates to impregnation compositions based on polymer binders for nonwoven fibrous and spongy materials to impart certain properties, in particular to impregnation composition for obtaining impregnated nonwoven material to treat rubbing surfaces of windshield wiper blades. Composition is based on low-molecular silicon rubber prepared by mixing polydimethylsiloxane and oligoorganosiloxane at their weight ratio (0.2-0.7):1 and includes powdered saturated linear monocarboxylic acid alkali metal salt containing 11-19 carbon atoms in alkyl chain (0.008-0.012 wt %), powdered filler with dispersity no larger than 5 mcm (0.012-0.020 wt %), and liquid or solid stabilizer with particle size no more than 5 mcm (0.006-0.008 wt %). Nonwoven material made from fibrous or spongy material, for instance from "Sintepon", containing fixed impregnation composition in amounts 10 to 60% of the total weight of material.
