FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of elaboration of sorption-bactericidal materials for purification of liquids and gases from highly dispersive particles and microbiological pollutions, including those of medical purpose. Described is sorption material with improved bactericidal properties with simultaneous preservation of sorption properties of material suitable for sterilisation of liquid and gaseous media and sorption of highly dispersive particles, providing possibility of long work without biofouling, as well as preventing secondary bacterial contamination of filtrate and its pollution with heavy metals. Described is method of sorption material modification. Purpose of invention was to extend arsenal of non-woven materials of medical purpose, which possess high sorption properties, as well as antibacterial and antiviral actisvity and, as a result, wound-healing ability. Sorption-bactericidal material contains non-woven polymer fibrous material with fixed on its fibres highly porous particles of aluminium oxide hydrate, inorganic bactericidal component being sorbed on highly porous particles of aluminium oxide hydrate. Method of obtaining sorption-bactericidal material includes material processing with solution of inorganic bactericidal component and processing of non-woven polymer fibrous material, on whose fibres fixed are highly porous particles of aluminium oxide hydrate for period not exceeding 24 hours. Method of filtering liquid or gaseous media includes passing liquid or gaseous medium through sorption-bactericidal material. Medical sorbent includes, at least, one layer of sorption-bactericidal material and is used for therapeutic and/or hygienic products, including wound bandages.
EFFECT: increase of purification efficiency.
